Attachment is achieved using automotive-grade VHB bonding, selected for:

This method was tested extensively during real-world prototyping and is widely used by manufacturers for exterior aero components such as spoilers and trim.

As-Delivered Appearance

The overfenders are supplied with a clean, intentional seam.

This seam is a deliberate design choice that:

Fully blended examples shown elsewhere on the site are design references only, used during development to refine silhouette and proportion.
