Pre-Orders
All products are sold via a pre-order model.
- A full deposit is required to secure your order
- Production will only proceed once the minimum order threshold is met
If the threshold is NOT met
- All deposits will be fully refunded
If the threshold IS met
- Deposits become non-refundable
- Production will commence
- Remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch
This ensures production can proceed with confidence and protects the viability of small-batch manufacturing.
Change of Mind
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced
- We encourage customers to review all product details and FAQs carefully before ordering
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives:
- Damaged in transit, or
- With a manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the issue
- Order details
We will assess and provide:
- Replacement, or
- Repair solution, or
- Partial or full refund (where appropriate)
